The Overwatch Collective

The Overwatch Collective is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit and Podcast with the mission to offer mental health resources for our first responder and military community. We have over 100 contracted therapists in across the U.S.A. and can connect anyone to a therapist in a matter of days while providing financial assistance.

The Overwatch Collective was co-founded by our President, Greg Grogan, who is an active first responder and U.S. Military Reservist & Jesse Coulter, our Vice President, who is also U.S. Military. Our Board of Directors is comprised of first responders, service members, and spouses/significant others/mothers of our community.
